My
Story
I’ve always been fascinated by the magic of building businesses — the creativity, the freedom, and the possibility of bringing something that lives in your mind into the real world. But I’ve also seen & experienced how quickly that magic can turn into a nightmare of overwhelm, burnout, and all-consuming confusion.
I had all the trainings, certifications, and career experience — but I still made every mistake in the book. My business became something that left me disconnected, always in my head, and unable to be present in my actual life. The free time I dreamed of turned into more stress, more work, and decreasing joy. That experience is what shaped my focus on embodiment — because building a business should be something that compliments your life... not consumes all of it.
My approach is warm, real, and rooted in creating a safe, cozy space where you can bring all your ideas, insecurities, and questions to the table. Think of our collaboration as part deep strategy, part creative jam, and part heart-to-heart over coffee/tea & snacks whenever we are co-creating on calls together.
I’m very much a no-BS guide — people often tell me they love my honesty, because I’ll point out what’s really going on in a loving way (kind of like a friend telling you you’ve got something in your teeth!).
I’m a dreamer rooted in reality. I don’t hand out “try harder” advice or pretend manifestation is a magic wand. I know life is messy — energy ebbs, finances fluctuate, family and mental load demand attention — so everything I guide you through is practical and designed to fit modern day REAL life.
